Renaicon Legal LLP, having its office at  OFFICE - 202, Renaicon Legal-Sahil Infinity Building , Scheme 140, Indore, Madhya Pradesh ,India - 452010 (“Renaicon”, “We”, “us” or “our”) operate the website renaicon.in (the "Website") and an application named Renaicon (the “App”). The Website and App, along with all associated software, LMS, design, servers, data, user inputs and associated services shall collectively be known as the “Platform”. 

 

The services provided through the Platform, including but not limited to online courses, learning modules, academic content, assessments, certifications, training programs, learning analytics, and other educational resources, shall collectively be referred to as the “Services”. These Services are intended to support users in learning, skill development, and professional education through digital means.

    • User privacy is very important to us. We respect User`s privacy and believe that We should clearly and transparently disclose privacy practices to user. This privacy policy (the “Privacy Policy”) explains our policies regarding collection, use and disclosure of user personal information, personally identifiable information and other data collected from the user when the user uses our Services. This Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party websites or applications. Please note that the user shall visit any third-party sites and apps at their own risk upon conditions laid down in their privacy policies, if any.

However, PII does not include aggregated information that, by itself, does not permit identification.

 

  • Sensitive Information- For the purposes of this Policy, and in compliance with the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011, certain categories of information are classified as Sensitive Personal Data or Information (SPDI). This includes tracking completion rates for courses and modules, time spent on lessons, and attendance in live sessions like webinars. We also collect data related to a user’s performance, such as assignment submissions, quiz and exam scores, and any certifications, badges, or credits earned. We also collect and store feedback from instructors and peer reviews to help both learners and educators.
  3. Learning Preferences & Behavioral Analytics: We analyze a user’s behavior on the Platform to enhance their learning experience. This includes tracking subject preferences, learning patterns (such as which modules are revisited or skipped), and engagement analytics. This data helps us provide personalized course recommendations and build an adaptive, high-quality learning environment for all users.
  4. Instructor & Certification Data: For educators and trainers, we collect data related to their professional activities on the Platform, including the courses they create, their teaching hours, and their grading and feedback history. Additionally, we maintain records of all certifications and accreditations earned on the Platform for validation and compliance purposes, especially for legal or regulatory training.
  5. Communication Data: To support a seamless learning experience, we collect data from internal communications on the Platform, such as chat history in messaging tools and discussion forums. We also track a user's interaction with notifications sent from the App or Website to ensure they receive timely and relevant updates.

 

Learning Data is integral to ensuring users’ progress is tracked, certifications are valid, and the Platform can provide adaptive, high-quality learning experiences.

  1. Information provided by user

When users sign up and register on our Website or App, we collect certain information to create and maintain their account. This typically includes the user’s full name, email address, mobile number, telephone number, institution or organization name (if applicable), address, and any details necessary for the proper provision of our Services. In addition, we may collect further information relating to the courses or training programs a user wishes to access, including academic or professional background, learning objectives, and subject preferences (“Enrollment Information”).

 

We also collect Learning Activity Data relating to the use of the Services. This includes information on course participation, module progress, assignment submissions, attendance in webinars or live classes, performance scores, certification achievements, and peer-to-peer engagement. Such data is essential to deliver personalized learning pathways, issue valid certifications, and enhance the overall learning experience.

 

  1. Log Data

We collect Log Data generated automatically when users access our Services. This includes information such as IP address, geolocation data, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, model details, and usage statistics (for example, pages visited, time spent on specific modules, default language preferences, and date and time of access). If users access our Services through a mobile application, we may also collect mobile device information, including device ID, application version, and location data. Each user may be assigned a unique identifier to improve consistency across future visits and to facilitate a seamless learning experience.

 

  1. Payment information

when users make payments to access certain courses or features, we collect Payment Information. This includes billing details such as the user’s name, billing address, contact number, payment method, and IP address. Payment transactions are redirected to and securely processed by authorized payment service providers such as Cashfree and other partners. We do not store any sensitive payment-related information such as credit/debit card details or bank account information on our systems.

 

  • Advertising, Use of Cookies, and Other Tracking Technologies (Cookie Policy)

 

We use advertising and marketing tools, including online campaigns through managed social media presences and third-party websites or applications.   • All data storage of user’s Personal Information (PII), Learning Data, and other information collected may be stored and processed on cloud servers provided by GoDaddy, AWS, GCP, or Azure Web Service. By using the platform, the user provides explicit consent for such processing and storage.

 

  • Certain information, including Learning Data and user preferences, may be stored on the user’s device for subsequent retrieval and offline use. We take commercially reasonable measures to encrypt such data on the device using passwords, access tokens, or other secrets supplied by the user.
  • Information stored on the user’s personal device may include course progress, assignment submissions, downloaded content, cached learning materials, and other relevant LMS data. Users acknowledge that the security of this data depends on their device, browser, and system security, and we cannot be held responsible for loss, theft, or compromise caused by malware, software vulnerabilities, or other device-related risks outside our control.
  • While the security of user’s PII, Learning Data, and other information is important to us, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is 100% secure. We strive to use commercially acceptable and standard measures, including encryption and internal security reviews, to protect all user data. Users provide their information and Learning Data at their own risk.
  • Data backup, redundancy, and disaster recovery protocols are in place to ensure the continuity and availability of the LMS and associated learning records. This ensures minimal disruption to the user’s access and retention of Learning Data.

 

 

  1. DISCLOSURE AND SHARING OF INFORMATION

 

  • We may employ third parties to facilitate the services, provide the services on our behalf, analyze platform usage, or perform other service-related functions. User information, including Personal Information (PII) and Learning Data, may be shared with third parties under the following circumstances:
    1. We have obtained user`s consent, including when user choose to register a user account, use the Services, and otherwise share user`s information with us, other users on the Platform and/or other third-parties;
    2. When sharing is necessary to provide the requested services, such as course access, grading, or certification issuance.
    3. In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of our assets.
    4. If sharing or disclosure of user`s PII or other information with our associate entities, including any related companies, successors, assigns, licensees, affiliates or business partners becomes necessary. We require that these entities process user`s PII or other information solely as per our instructions and in compliance with this Privacy Policy and any other appropriate confidentiality and security measures;
    5. If user`s PII or other information is demanded by a court order or by government institution and authorities, if required any law for the time being in force India.;
    6. If sharing or disclosure of user`s PII or other information is needed to help prevent against fraud or the violation of any applicable law, statute, regulation, ordinance, or treaty;

    4. Third Party Simple Mail Transfer Protocol (SMTP) Services such as gmail.com;
    5. Facebook, Instagram, for direct marketing;
    6. Third party Service Providers such as Paytm, Cashfree etc.

 

  • All financial information collected on the Platform is used solely to enable payments as consideration for the Services. No financial information collected on the Platform is used for marketing or promotional purposes. Remember that if user provide any PII directly to a third party, such as through a link on the Website or the App, the processing is based on their standards and policies, and We are not responsible for such terms and conditions.

 

  • When any PII or other information pertaining to the users is shared with third-parties, such as advertisers, licensees and content distributors, We shall ensure that such information shall be non-private, aggregated or anonymized so that it will not identify user personally. Upon receiving a deactivation or deletion request from a user, we will deactivate the user’s account and securely delete all PII and Sensitive Personal Information, except where a longer retention period is required by law, regulatory obligations, or for purposes directly related to legitimate business operations.

We will make commercially reasonable efforts to comply with such requests in accordance with applicable Indian laws, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, and other relevant regulations.

 

  1. CHANGE IN INFORMATION

Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of the information submitted to us, including contact details, registration data, and other mandatory LMS information or any other information necessary for services. Users may update or correct their information via the account settings page on the Platform or by contacting support@renaicon.in. We will in good faith make all the efforts to change our active database within a reasonable time.

If at any time We suspect that the information provided by the user is untrue, false, inaccurate or incomplete Renaicon at its sole discretion may discontinue services to user.

  1. OPT-OUT OF COMMUNICATIONS

Users may choose to opt-out of receiving non-essential communications, including promotional or marketing messages, from Renaicon or our partners. Opt-out can be done through the account settings page or by contacting support@renaicon.in. Opting out will not affect essential service-related communications necessary for LMS or any other services functionality.

  1. CHILDREN AND MINOR

If Renaicon receives information from a minor without parental consent, such information will be used solely to notify the parent or guardian that the child cannot use the Platform, after which the information will be deleted.
